We Are ARTREE Team
Six departments that work online & help students around the world to gain community service points:
Public Relation Department
* Reach out to sponsors/foundations and introduce our organization to them for further corporation.
* Find media companies and newspaper companies, for forwarding our articles.
* Contact with special schools for corporation.
* Contact and find locations for camps/outdoor activities/charity sale.
Financial Department
* Record money transfers and receipts.
* Make monthly financial reports.
* Communicate with our sponsors to transfer the money to our account.
* Make reviews of ARTREE’s accomplishments and send to the sponsors.
Psychology Department.
* Write scientific articles on art therapy and psychology and post them on our official WeChat account.
* Join our online classes with our art therapists once a week to explore how art therapy is used in our in-person classes.
Art Department
* Prepare art supplies for classes (eg. Cartoon drawings)
* Do memory project for children with special needs.
* Create layout designs for Media posts.
* Design posters for advertisement uses.
* Design peripheral products - Mugs, Recycle bags etc.
Advertise Department
* Write articles for ARTREE WeChat official account to share our accomplishments and stories to the public.
* Compose contents for media channels, advertisement uses, and certificates.
* Make video clips for our art therapy classes.
Customer Service Department
* Communicate with special schools to schedule the art therapy classes.
* Recruit new members and interview them.
* Collect every member and volunteer work hours and background information.
* Talk to parents who have signed up for therapy lessons.
